The Bridge is back!

What a gorgeous contemporary twist to the classic buttercream "Bridge Cake"! This one was so fun to make. It was a white cake with raspberry filling. The bride wanted to use her own cake topper and also the cake topper that was on her parents' wedding cake so many years ago.

Hole in One!

This was a groom's cake and the couple requested that I incorporate the ocean, a rocky beach, a golf course, and the plastic golf ball that they provided. The cake was lemon zest with a lemon curd filling.

A Butterfly Birthday

This cake was done for a sweet little girl named Ella. It was her 1st birthday. The bottom tier was vanilla bean cake with buttercream and the top tier was chocolate fudge cake with buttercream. I used "Disco Dust" which is edible glitter which the family loved!

A Nautical Wedding

I think of this cake as an expression from my heart. I absolutely love this cake and I had an amazing time making it too. I used some new techniques and I am so pleased with how it came out.
