The bottom layer of the Poppy Cake was vanilla bean with buttercream, the middle layer was chocolate fudge cake with buttercream, and the top layer was a fresh carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.
I started Frosted Dreams Bakery in March, 2010. Since I was little, I have had a passion for cakes. I have been decorating cakes since 2002 and completed formal training with flying colors. After graduating college in 2004 with a degree in Education, I worked as a teacher and nanny for the past 5 years while doing cakes on the side. The response to my cakes has been so huge, I decided now is the time to make my dream come true and start a cake business. I am currently looking for a store front so keep a watch for me in the near future!
